House rules & FAQ
Book through the official booking system. Cancel at least 1 day before class. A no-show uses up the session.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.
Packages can’t be shared, transferred or refunded, and must be used before they expire.
Let the instructor know about injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions. If you feel short of breath, take a break outside the heated room.
Hot Mat Pilates and Mat Pilates are open to all genders, except Monday classes, which are women only. Hot Yoga is women only.
Keep your voice low, keep the studio tidy, put your phone on silent, and don’t film other people without their consent. The studio isn’t responsible for lost items.
